Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Ironfrost Gear collects, uses and protects personal information, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

When you order: your name, email, shipping address, phone number (if given) and order details. Payments are handled by Stripe or PayPal; we don't see or store your full card number. If you email us, we keep the email and our reply. If you sign up for our emails, we keep your email address and a record of your consent. Your cart is stored only in your browser's local storage, on your device.

How we use it

To process and deliver orders, handle returns and refunds, answer questions, and meet legal and tax record-keeping duties. We send marketing emails only to people who have opted in, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

We share only what's needed: payment details with Stripe or PayPal, and your name, shipping address and order details with our fulfilment partners and suppliers so they can ship your order. Some of these companies process information outside Canada (for example in the United States or China), where it may be subject to local laws. We don't sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we add website analytics or advertising tools later, we'll update this policy first.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for the purposes above and for tax and accounting rules, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent to marketing emails. To do so, email us at ironfrostgear@outlook.com.
