Shipping
We ship within Canada only. Free shipping across Canada on every order, with no minimum order and no added shipping fees at checkout.
Delivery times vary by item and are estimates, not guarantees. Most items arrive in 7–15 business days; a few take longer. Times can run longer during holidays or bad weather. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. Some items have lithium batteries and may only ship by ground.

Returns
You can return items within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged or defective items: if an item arrives damaged or defective, we replace or refund it and cover the return shipping.
Change-of-mind returns: the item must be unused and in its original packaging, and you pay the return shipping.
To start a return, email us at ironfrostgear@outlook.com with your order number (and photos if the item is damaged or defective). We'll send return instructions by email.
Refunds
Once we receive and check a returned item, we refund it to your original payment method (card through Stripe, or PayPal). Your bank or PayPal may take a few days to show it.
