Terms of Service

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

Prices are in CAD and may change. Shipping within Canada is free. We may cancel and fully refund orders placed at an obviously wrong price. Product specs come from our suppliers; photos may differ slightly from the item you receive.

Orders and delivery

Delivery times shown on product pages are estimates, not guarantees. See Shipping & Returns.

Returns

You can return items within 30 days of delivery, as set out on our Shipping & Returns page.

Safety

Emergency products help with preparedness but do not guarantee safety. Follow the manufacturer's instructions and official emergency guidance.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
